Corona virus and prevention

Many events have been canceled due to the pandemic.
I am very sad.
Outside of Japan, there is not much custom to wear a mask, so I will talk a bit about the importance of masks.
The mask protects you from outside viruses and, if you have the virus, prevents it from spreading through your cough.
However, we must also properly control hand washing and gargling after returning from outside and removing masks, as well as the disposal and disinfection of used masks.
Since there is a strong possibility that a lot of bacteria / viruses are attached to the mask, I first disinfect the mask (that has been removed by my hands) with a disinfecting ethanol spray and wash my hands.
If we think that these little habits will save many people's lives, I think they are not troublesome.
Since the masks are currently in short supply, we will start from searching for masks, but let's do our best!!

コロナウイルスと予防

パンデミックにより数多くのイベントが中止になってますね。
凄く悲しいです。
国外ではマスクをつける習慣があまり無いのでマスクの重要性について少しお話しさせて頂きます。
マスクは自らをウイルスから守り更には自らがウイルスを持っている場合ウイルスを拡散するのを防ぐ役割もあります。
但し外出から戻ってそのマスクを外す作業後に行う手洗いや嗽そして使用マスクの廃棄方法と消毒方法もきちんと管理しなければなりません。
マスクには沢山の菌が付着している可能性が高く私は先ず手で外したマスクを除菌エタノールスプレーで消毒し手洗いをするようにしています。
小さな習慣が沢山の人の命を救う事に繋がると考えれば面倒くさい事は無いと思います。
マスクが品薄の現況マスク探しからのスタートですが皆さん頑張りましょう！！
